Shannon Tilston
OzTREKK Admissions Coordinator for: Teacher Education, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Study Abroad programs
- I graduated from Dalhousie University, Class of 2005, with a Bachelor degree in Sociology/Social Anthropology and International Development Studies
- I’ve travelled to Finland and Sweden with my high school hockey team, and, after university, to Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Belize, Cuba, and of course Australia!
- My hobbies are reading, outdoor activities, snowboarding, traveling, and spending a day…week…or a whole summer at the cottage
- I like working at OzTREKK because the people I work with and the work environment are great, and because I enjoy helping students get ready to take on the amazing experience of studying in Australia
- Extra Info: Maybe because I’m passionate about environmental issues, I’ve been told time and time again that I’m a hippie. I’ve hugged a tree, I’m a vegetarian, and I gave Matt and Beth granola as a gift one time. So you decide: Does that make me a hippie?
