Alison Simser
OzTREKK Admissions Coordinator for: Medicine
- I was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario and now enjoy small-town life in Carleton Place, Ontario
- I attended St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, and I have a diploma in Travel Counselling from Algonquin College in Ottawa
- I’ve worked in the travel, administration, customer service, and advertising industries
- Travelling extensively through Canada's East Coast has created a warm spot in my heart for East Coast culture and music. I consider Prince Edward Island my second home, where I spent my childhood summers at the family cottage. I have also travelled to the U.S., Caribbean and Australia
- My hobbies include: golfing (which I find both calming and frustratingly addictive!), photography, reading and spending time with my husband and our little Jack Russell Terrier
- I enjoy working at OzTREKK because it’s satisfying to be able to help students achieve their dream of studying and travelling abroad. And OzTREKK has a positive team atmosphere, making it enjoyable to come into work every day
