Graduate School of Business & Economics

The University of Melbourne Graduate School of Business & Economics provides business education of the highest quality, with a focus on programs for recent graduates and for specialist professionals. The Melbourne Institute ranked the university as having the leading Australian business and economics school, based on performance in areas including publications, citations, research grants and peer assessment.

The school offers a suite of graduate business programs, with a particular emphasis on the development of young leaders and specialist management education for professionals. Since 1924, The Melbourne Graduate School of Business & Economics has tapped into resources from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce, and is a leader in business education and research in Australia. It is home to a wide range of research centres, including the renowned Melbourne Institute of Applied Economic and Social Research.
