Department of Employment Relations and Human Resources
The Department of Employment Relations and Human Resources offers programs in people management to enable managers to respond to the current challenges in the global business environment. People management skills are an essential tool to modern management, as people make the difference between an organisation’s success or failure.

The School is comprised of more than 30 academic staff with breadth and depth of expertise in Politics, Public Policy and Public Administration, and International Relations.
