TERRIFIC! I have had the pleasure of meeting some of the nicest people who work at OzTREKK. Shannon has helped me through this whole process of applying to JCU not once but twice! She has answered each and every email and phone call that I have put through to her and within an acceptable amount of time. Not only did Shannon assist me with my application to JCU but she has also helped me a great deal with obtaining a working holiday visa so that I was able to work here for one year prior to studying at JCU.

Oztrekk was so helpful. Since I've got here, I've met other Canadians who didn't use Oztrekk, but used another service. From what they've told me, Oztrekk is the best by far. Firstly, I appreciated that your services are free. I also appreciated that I didn't have to pay application fees to each of the universities that I applied to. Oztrekk staff were always quick to respond to my emails and inquiries. The pre-departure booklet was very helpful. I felt really prepared when it was actually time to leave. Furthermore, when I arrived Oztrekk had organised a BBQ so that I could meet the other Canadians that came to my uni through Oztrekk. We all really appreciated that because it allowed us to meet some people in our first day or two here. After explaining this to my friends here who didn't use Oztrekk, they were shocked and jealous. So I would recommend Oztrekk to any Canadian who was thinking of coming to Australia for uni.
