My experience with OzTREKK was nothing but great! Matt, Alison and all the staff at OzTREKK were very helpful throughout the entire process from finding a school/program, selecting one, pre-departure, and arrival in Australia. Without OzTREKK, I don't think the transition to Oz would be as smooth as it turned out.

I dealt with OzTrekk on and off for a few years prior to applying to my program. Everytime I was thinking of studying in Australia I would send an email with a million questions to OzTrekk and always receive answers for everything and more. They were so helpful from the very beginning all the way to my first few weeks in Australia. Once I decided on a program/university they were there every step of the application process to ensure I was accepted. I could not have asked for anything more in the pre-departure process, I felt I knew everything I needed to know before leaving Canada and upon arrival settling in, finding accommodation and beginning study went smoothly and effortlessly.

Oztrekk is amazing because it is so well organized. When I first got here, Matt arranged for a pickup to help take me grocery shopping and buy essential needs, which was extremely helpful since I did not know my way around town at all and had no idea how to use transit yet.

My experience with OzTREKK was FABULOUS!!! Whenever I had any questions or concerns I always received a return email within a day or two answering ALL of my questions or concerns. They are very organized. Right from the start I knew what was expected of me to get paperwork in for an application or to make the move overseas. I received emails reminding me of important things to remember as well as very thorough instructions on what to do next. I know for a fact I couldn't have gone through this process on my own!! Even now when I'm well into school and have settled in Australia I still feel as though I could contact OzTREKK with any difficulties or concerns I may be having. That's a wonderful feeling!

extremely helpful. in canada Oztrekk took care of all the paperwork, contacting the school and making sure i had completed all the necessary documents needed to come to Bond and to Australia. Once here at Bond the Oztrekk representative could not have been more helpful. the tour guides that were students here have since become additional senior students that i can go to with questions. Oztrekk supplied living accomodations for me to contact as i wished to live off campus but within a 10 minute walking distance. my apartment is quiet and clean and comfortable. Oztreek covers all the detaisl for the student leaving the student and parents to concentrate on packing for a journey of a life-time.

OzTREKK was so helpful. I would not be studying in Australia if it was not for them. They made applying to school so easy. And whenever I had any questions they answered my emails very promptly. Once I was accepted, they helped me to sort out getting my student visa and even gave me some good tips for finding accommodation. I have recommended them to any one I know who is thinking of studying in Australia, and I will continue to do so.

It was awesome. Without the help of oztrekk I think it would have been a lot harder to get everything accomplished to even just apply to schools. Everyone was so helpful and I thought is was fantastic that you went around to all the cities and had information sessions. It made a world of difference and I think it also put my mom at ease knowing I wasn't going to some imaginary place.

Oztrekk's been absolutely fantastic. I like the constant contact, the seminars, and although I couldn't attend I thought the welcome BBQ and shuttle service was a great idea. And of course the scholarship!

OzTrekk was extremely helpful, especially the pre-departure information on the website. I learned a lot about life in Oz and how to set myself up for the coming years. Nicole was fabulous, despite me bothering her with questions, and Matt's youtube videos were helpful. Overall, OzTrekk was a great choice for me as they helped alleviate the moving stresses.

My OzTREKK experience was pretty great. When I met Matt for the first time (via a University of Melbourne recruitment rep.), he was incredibly supportive and helped me make my decision to apply to school in Australia. I actually went through a phase of thinking that OzTREKK was too good to be true and that there was something I was missing.... but OzTREKK is simply that good at what they do. Being a bit older and doing this, I did all of my own research and knew 99% of the information I was going to need to do this, but for those random, out of left field questions I had, the staff at OzTREKK either knew or found out for me. Additionally, it was nice to have someone to calm my nerves when I started stressing out about a plethera of aspects of this trip.

My experience with OzTrekk was fantastic. I have been in contant with OzTrekk for a few years and Shannon was great and keeping me calm and giving me all the answers I needed. There was also always someone there to help me when Shannon was unavailable.
