Amazing. The application process was easy thanks to OzTREKK and with them being so organized, everything was laid out for easy decision making.

OzTREKK was amazing throughout the entire "applying to my program, getting in, and afterwards" process. The people helping me always responded quickly and were incredibly supportive. They made the application process a LOT easier and they always checked up on me (and still do) to see how everything is going, which I found really great because you can tell that the OzTREKK people really do care about you. I don't think the application process would have been as easy as it was without the help of OzTREKK. All of the handouts, guidelines, pamphlets, booklets etc. that OzTREKK provides are really helpful and helped remind me of some major things that I needed to do, or bring with me, to Australia. The live webcast (is that what it's called?) was also helpful and I'm glad I got to see one of them. The OzTREKK website is also super-amazing. I would check it every day so that I could read something new about other people's experiences, the application process etc.

OzTREKK was amazing in getting all my paperwork in order and providing communication between myself and the university. I liked the cross-Canada trips they made in order to inform us about the different programs. They prepared you in terms of arranging for a bank, housing, etc.

I found my experience with OzTREKK to be both a positive and a pivotal moment in my decision to attend Bond. The help and words of encouragement I received from both Matt Miernik and Nicole Buchanan were incredible. They were dedicated to providing me with the facts and support I needed to not only make my final decision to move to Australia but also guided me through the pre-departure process.

OzTREKK was really helpful. I had lots of questions about my program, my visa, my application and about the accreditation of my program (if I can come back and study in Canada). OzTREKK answered all of these questions for me in a timely manner and really guided me along the way. I would have had a really hard time trying to figure it all out on my own I think. Also, we didn't have to pay the application fee and we got a $500 scholarship from them!!

The OzTREKK application and pre-departure process was in almost all instances perfect, without a single major or even minor hitch. I reckon though that if there was a way to get more interactivity in forum-usage or in sharing information on a central level, that might help to fill in those bits of information that can't be delivered formally in info packs or in workshops or seminars. I realize that it's only a beginning, but the forum created only a year ago could be the start of that, and of course, the social network sites provide a readily accessible way to get people to pop in while they are checking in those websites for other purposes anyway.

OzTREKK was fantastic! I have never had such a smooth experience planning something such as university in another country. They were very helpful throughout the process, even when there were issues such as my visa. It felt like a very personalized experience. I also appreciated that representatives travelled with us to introduce us to the university and such during our first week here.

OzTREKK was able to clarify all my issues and concerns during the application/acceptance process. I'm really grateful to everyone at OzTREKK, especially Alison who was extremely helpful. Matt was also great in answering questions and clearing up confusing topics! OzTREKK made the transition to Australia very smooth. Pre-departure seminars were very valuable. Having Matt and Alison come along with us to Australia and help get everyone settled was great.
