University of Queensland Arts Posts Scholarships for International Students

We love money! But only when we have it – that’s why we love scholarships so much!

These UQ Students are so excited for your application, they are even pretending to do work!

The University of Queensland Arts program has some funding available for International Students. The extra cash will help cover a student’s tuition.

It’s worth the effort to apply for these scholarships because they cover 50 per cent of tuition fees for coursework students and 100% of tuition fees for students enrolled in research programs. Disciplines within the University of Queensland’s Faculty of Arts include English, Media Studies, History, Philosophy, Religion and Languages.

International students beginning their program in Semester 2 need to apply by May 5, 2009. Semester one students for the 2010 intake have an Oct. 31, 2009 deadline.

Also, scholarship application forms for international students enrolled in a Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences program for the 2010 intake will be made available later in the year. Past OzTREKK students have been successful in receiving a UQ scholarship, including students enrolled in the Graduate Diploma in Education program.

To find out how to apply for these scholarships, contact Shannon at OzTREKK. She give you the scoop on these funding opportunities, and you can contact her at 1-866-698-7355 or by e-mail at shannon@oztrekk.com.
