JCU Med Students complete 400-km Walk

Four James Cook University students walked 400km from Townsville to Mackay in the name of raising money for multiple sclerosis research.

Jennifer Hogan, Brenton Wilson, Pete Christensen and Nicole Casale set off on the charity walk on June 7, planning to cover up to 40km per day and complete the walk in around 10 days.
The group raised $3,321 AUD on their website, www.everydayhero.com.au/march_for_ms, with all donations going directly towards supporting the MS society of QLD to one day find a cure for this debilitating disease.

Great job, JCU!
