Please read the following information prior to applying online to the Master of Physiotherapy
Studies at the University of Queensland:
Next Semester Intake: November, 2008
Entry Requirements
- Successfully completed undergraduate degree (preferably in the fields of Human Kinetics, Kinesiology or
Physical or Biological Sciences)
- Desirable minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) - 75% (over all years of university study)
- Pre-requisite subjects include:
- One full year or two semesters of study in: Human Anatomy (including systems and musculoskeletal anatomy), AND
- One full year or two semesters of study in: Human Biology/Physiology, AND
- One semester of study in: Psychology, AND
- One semester of study in: Statistics
Additional documents required with your application:
- Detailed course outlines (class syllabus) for the university subjects
you completed, which meet the program pre-requisite subjects. A one-paragraph description will not suffice
Application Fee
There is $100 AUD application fee to apply to the University of Queensland; however, the University waives
this application fee for students who submit their applications directly to OzTREKK.
Application Deadline
The application deadline is May 31, 2008 for the November, 2008 intake.
How to Apply
1. Complete the University of Queensland International Student Postgraduate application online
2. Then download, print and complete the Master of Physiotherapy Studies Application for Admission
form. Please CLICK HERE to download the form.
3. Mail the completed Master of Physiotherapy Studies Application for Admission form,
together with your university transcript(s) and detailed course outlines, to OzTREKK:

Once your online application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from OzTREKK.
You will then be notified when your mailed documents arrive in the OzTREKK office and have been matched up with your online application form.
OzTREKK will electronically submit your complete application to the assessment panel at the University of Queensland.
You will be notified by OzTREKK by early July with regards to the outcome of your application.
